So It was my last day today and It’s happy sad moment for me I will truly miss my teammates DS call could have made me cry especially Badi P and J Di One thing almost everyone in both of teams mentioned Sarvesh was connected with everyone and a helping hand I hope this attitude everyone gets in the team Thank you TCS for opportunity! I had indeed a great time.
So Finally we completed the CIO Presentation on AI Friday The demo was good and upto the mark except I got out of flow when I got ping from CIO with some questions CIO is the person who was responsible for talent development in ignite and his signature was on my joining letter But as usual there are credit stealers giving me unnecessary gyaan repeating what CIO had said and saying we will help obviously I’m not going to implement anything by myself I think going to stepback approach is fine now considering I’m there for next 19-1 days. So ignoring some Credit Stealers aka. GenAI Approvers it was overall good I was going to say more on these people but CIO is cool for now idk what pain he will bring next. ...
Context for this is there was a mandate from Manager of DS to my buddy who is QA for them to have some AI magic in testing Obviously we both planned and created a jugaad for DS and buddy wanted to promote me as well as herself in front of leadership ( Obviously band matters as we both were dumped in this last time ) So we created automated red team testing using ghcp and Client Partner ( Manager’s manager ) was informed about this and he was in AI hype back then So we had demoed the utility to him and it was selected for CIO presentation after n number of reviewes from other leadership This presentation was ready over 3 months ago but as usual we never wanted to promote it with AI hype but somehow we are on state now where the demo invite is sent to Ultimatix i.e. 6000 people let’s see what happens There are some people who submitted 50+ ideas and solution and still say sir ma’am shall I add my solution here. as well as those people have already presented so need to setup baseline again for this hype Obviously I want to do good work for my buddy so that her name is promoted in good direction incase she stays here I’ve learnt about mermaid js from copilot and it is super cool ...
So this lady was fine earlier with the early release @ 12 pm call after talk with her Manager for mail approval she needs approval from the another manager who has just took over the Digital Store ( my old project ) these guys have given me 1% allocation and are trying to cause pain to me They are waiting to know how confident my backup is in Apache Solr. What would you expect from a person who didn’t even try to learn in a year. So I had asked for a early release to my manager but the lady is not capable enough to take decision on her own she wants to involve her manager, as per me her manager behaves like he is 10 The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow we will se what can be done Outcome of meeting depends how ugly things will go eventually and obviously with KTs it’s your problem now 🙂
My TCS account got locked there was a phishing mail for TCS Personalized Diary I didn’t click the link but copied and was exploring the params added but for some reason tcs blocked my access for 24 to 48 hrs.
