Early release continued

So this lady was fine earlier with the early release @ 12 pm call after talk with her Manager
for mail approval she needs approval from the another manager who has just took over the Digital Store ( my old project ) these guys have given me 1% allocation and are trying to cause pain to me
They are waiting to know how confident my backup is in Apache Solr.
What would you expect from a person who didn’t even try to learn in a year.
Idk what these people will gain from stopping me for 23 days and what’s next for DS
PS. one of the talented one also resigned A good friend of mine aka Areee Yaaar
